Andrew and Kristi both went to Mizzou, but didn’t meet each other until much later. The third time was certainly the charm when they met again at the Dubliner. Andrew claims he nearly missed out yet again due to “crutches guy,” but Kristi was sure not to let him pass by. They exchanged numbers and began dating shortly thereafter. Almost two years later, Andrew asked Kristi to be his wife. He presented her with cough drops (as she was just getting over a cold), flowers, chocolates, and a gorgeous ring when she walked in the door after a workout class. Kristi says, “It was exactly how I wanted it to be, just us and a complete surprise. Although sweaty, smelly, and hoarse I said yes!” Their wedding was a stunning day, filled with beautiful and personal details such as an impromptu stop at Tropical Moose for the bridal party to relax. Their classic black and white color palette (inspired by Kate Spade) was stunning, and everyone had a blast dancing the night away.
“Megan and her assistant Rachel did a fabulous job for us! She made the day flow smoothly. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and quick problem solving abilities were amazing. From corralling distracted groomsmen, to repairing dress hems, to working to quickly correct a transportation issue, the list goes on… I was originally a skeptic, but having Mr. and Mrs. Wedding Events was the best decision of the wedding planning process. Thanks to Megan and Rachel, my daughter’s wedding was PERFECT! And I was able to relax and enjoy every minute of it! I highly recommend Mr. and Mrs. Wedding Events.”
