What Happens at the End of the Night?

Mr. & Mrs. Wedding Events

If you’re a bride, your mind is probably continuously swimming with wedding details. But the end of the night might not be something you’ve given much thought to. I’ve noticed some trends as to where our couples’ heads are at as their reception winds down, the bar calls it, and that epic, hand-picked last song plays.

These are the usual concerns, in no particular order:

  • Being sent off in a grand exit and driving off in a fabulous get-away car.
  • Wrangling the microphone from the band or DJ to invite all of their friends and family to a favorite local bar to keep the party going.
  • Getting to the airport or back to the hotel to anxiously wait out the time remaining until they can jet-set to a long awaited honeymoon.

Here’s what they’re not concerned about:

  • How any of their gifts or cards are making it out of the reception?
  • Who’s picking up those rentals?
  • Is the florist coming back?
  • Is your mom taking that or is mine?

Here’s why: We’re there. All of those logistical nuances–vendor pick-ups, and packing up cars, and making sure priceless family heirlooms are back in the right hands, and where your cake knife wandered off to–is on us. And that’s fine. Because we’ve already thought about it and are ready to execute a stress-free breakdown and finish out your wedding day timeline, no matter how long that may take.

All while you try to convince the band for just one more song.
